Vitalstyle WeideHerstel is de alles-in-één oplossing voor het snel en eenvoudig herstellen van kale plekken in de paardenweide. Het bestaat uit een slimme combinatie van een natuurlijke bodemverbeteraar, graszaad, kalk en actief bodemleven. WeideHerstel zorgt (plaatselijk) voor een luchtige structuur van de bodem, zodat het graszaad eenvoudiger kan ontkiemen. Het verbetert de zuurgraad en verrijkt de bodem met voeding in de vorm van organische stof en actief bodemleven. De uitgebalanceerde mix van graszaden is geschikt voor paarden door het lage fructaangehalte en het ontkiemt snel. Zo kun je snel kale plekken laten herstellen zodat onkruid geen kans krijgt zich op deze plekken te vestigen. Het is eenvoudig in gebruik en de paarden kunnen direct de weide weer op!

Alles-in-één oplossing

WeideHerstel bevat alles wat je nodig hebt om kale plekken te herstellen:

  • De bodemverbeteraar helpt lucht in te brengen bij een verdichte bodem, waardoor gras zich weer beter kan wortelen.
  • Het gespecialiseerde graszaad zorgt voor een snelle kieming en herstelt kale plekken zeer snel.
  • De kalk neutraliseert zuur, wat een verzuurde grond tegengaat en stevigheid geeft aan de grassprieten.
  • Het bodemleven zorgt voor een gezonde bodem en een sterke inworteling van het nieuwe gras.

Wanneer WeideHerstel?

WeideHerstel is te gebruiken vanaf een bodemtemperatuur van 10°C. Je kunt de bodemtemperatuur berekenen door de nachttemperatuur en de dagtemperatuur bij elkaar op te tellen en vervolgens te delen door twee. WeideHerstel is van maart tot en met september in te zetten voor het herstel van kale plekken in de paardenweide.

Tips van Vitalstyle

  • Het allerbelangrijkste is om de gerepareerde plek vochtig te houden totdat het graszaad is opgekomen. Vermijd gebruik tijdens extreme droogte, of zorg ervoor dat je de herstellende plek goed vochtig houdt.
  • Zet de herstellende kale plek eventueel af met prikpaaltjes en lint, zodat de paarden het niet vertrappen of de eerste opkomende grassprietjes direct kaal eten.

I don't know if I'd call the scent of this "bacon," more like rubber with a hint of bacon. It's very strong. I gave my dog one of the balls & put one in a cabinet where I keep his treats & a few other unrelated odds & ends. I now hold my breath when I open that cabinet b/c good lord, the smell. I'm tempted to just give that one to the dog too, just because it'll air out eventually & then everything else in that cabinet won't smell bad. My dog feels so-so about it. He'll briefly chase after it & chew on it, but loses interest in it pretty fast. My rather hyperactive cat also plays with it from time to time, as he seems to have more interest in most dog toys than the dog these days, so there's that. (Then again, he thinks a wide variety of random items around the house are loads of fun to toss about, so it's possible his opinion is to be taken with a grain of salt. Between the brief periods of one of these balls being chewed on & clawed at, it's stayed completely intact. I think if you have a dog who simply likes to play fetch or chew on rubber balls in general, this one would stand up to the task. But if you're expecting it to be greeted with the enthusiasm as a bacon grease covered ball might be - I'd adjust your expectations.
